March/April 2026 – Dr. Ryan Peebles helped me a lot by understanding what not to do and how to use the belt. He explains the joint, and how it works. This was when I bought the Serola Sacroiliac Belt. Jump to here for his explanation of The Bridge, which is the only exercise he recommends.

Re-align the SI Joint

Dr. Jared has a good description of the issues and four exercises. He also says to avoid exercises on one leg and/or out of balance that others say to do. His intent is to re-align the SI joint.

His four positions for realignment are:

  1. Golf club woven through knees and push-pull 3X. Reverse weave. ***In June/July 2025 this seems to help a lot.
  2. Ball between knees and squeeze 3X
  3. Belt around knees and push out 3X
  4. Bridge 3X
