Some of the exercises below relieved my SI joint pain in March 2025.


Re-align the SI Joint
Dr. Jared has a good description of the issues and four exercises. He also says to avoid exercises on one leg and/or out of balance that others say to do. His intent is to re-align the SI joint.
His four positions for re-alignment are:
- Golf club woven through knees and push-pull 3X. Reverse weave. ***In June/July 2025 this seems to help a lot.
- Ball between knees and squeeze 3X
- Belt around knees and push out 3X
- Bridge 3X
